Members– Terms & Conditions
- To become a member of Prizeol Ltd. Reward Club, you must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- Members must be at least 18 years old on the day they join.

Business Policy
- Prizeol Ltd. does not sell products directly. It only helps build a good relationship between buyers and sellers.
- Buyers are responsible for checking and verifying products or services before purchase.
- Prizeol Ltd. will not be held responsible for any disputes or unexpected issues that may arise during buying or selling.
Transparency & Fairness
- Prizeol Ltd. promises full transparency in selecting giveaway winners.
- The winner selection process will be broadcast live on social media.
Member Engagement
- Members will be invited to social programs and sports competitions organized by Prizeol Ltd.
- Business partners of Prizeol Ltd. are committed to offering discounts or reduced prices based on the type of membership.

- All business partners must follow PrizeL’s Partner Terms & Conditions.
- PrizeL Ltd. is committed to conducting business according to the laws set by the Government of Bangladesh.
Refund Policy
Once the membership fee is paid, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Your services become active immediately after payment.
If you cancel your membership, the fee already paid will not be refunded.
However, renewal will stop from the following month.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by calling our customer support or sending us an email.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current membership period.
After the membership period ends, no further charges will apply.

- Provide accurate personal information
Partner Responsibilities
- Your brand and products will be promoted on the Prizeol website.
- You must provide correct and updated information about your products and services.
- Prizeol Ltd. does not sell products directly. It only helps connect buyers and sellers.
- As a seller, you are responsible for verifying your products/services before selling to customers.
- Prizeol Ltd. will not be held responsible for any disputes or unexpected issues in buying or selling.
Data Privacy
- Prizeol Ltd. is committed to protecting members’ and partners’ personal and financial information.
- This information will not be shared with any third party or organization.
- However, if required, information may be shared with the Government of Bangladesh or government-authorized institutions.
Benefits
Business partners agree to provide special discounts or reduced prices to Reward Club members, depending on their membership type.
Compliance
